Gets me everytime when Carol sees the little C in a heart made of sticks and he just knows he fucked up, all Max wanted was to be his friend and cause he doesn't have amazing powers he's just like well then you're not good enough and so he races to the beach just in time to find he's to late so then he's gotta live forever with one of the worst feeling ever, regret.
