i rebuild wrecked cars for a collision center . and i totally understand what your saying , and to an extent , it has to do with the person pulling the frame , from the manufacturer were given measurements via a computer progra m , and were allower per part basicly to be within 0-5mm within spec , so if a few parts are off by just the slightest amounts , it adds up and causes issues with allignments and efficiency of suspension componenets..

Essa foi a unica batida no D1 que eu assisti e fiquei preocupado, pois o campeonato sempre teve batidas, mas nada muito sério ou coisa parecida, a cena em que todos os pilotos param e vão em frente a tv, mostra o quanto é legal a união dos pilotos, se mostrando preocupado com os concorrentes, ainda bem que não foi nada demais, e em seguida o Kawabata e o Daigo ganharam 1 campeonato, parabens a eles, e que em 2010 o campeonato seja emocionante como foram todos os outros!

i agree , crashes happen in any kind of race sport , it s allready a wonder that it doesnt happen more often , not often do crashes like this happen in d1 , and drifting is HARD doing tandem , it just shows that just a tiny little mistake (if its not the car , wich i think it was in this case) can wipe out both cars , it just adds to the drivers performance in d1 !

Look how worried Daigo is, must've been a horrible moment for him as well as the shock and pain Kawabata felt. The same goes for Nomura, never seen him with a stone face, but he definately had one here. I've met Daigo personally, and he's usually a guy who always have a smile on his face, this was a totally different side of him.
