*Why do human want to design and to build huge ship and large aeroplane, but no other species of animals?
I mean that only human will dream about building big travelling vehicle, such as A380 or the Oasis of the Sea. However, animals will not even dream about it.
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for your craetive idea and brainstorm!!! :)
I doubt building a ship in two parts on separate shipyards and then combining them would even be possible. And in the end there's no need since Hyundai has a 672-meter dry dock in Ulsan. STX's shipyard in Saint-Nazaire might also be big enough to accommodate the proposed Princess Kaguya in one piece.
There is actually 3, 20ft diamater pullers, and to call them thrusters is sorta incorrect, they actually pull the ship, 30,000hp a peice, massive no matter what way you look at it, amazing achievment.
What would be cool if they had a blue whale sculpture in their central park like the the one in the New York Museum of Natural History.
Biggest ship of the seas (well not quite) and biggest animal of the seas. Plus it looks spectacular ;). But it would take up some room and obscure some views I guess.
It would have been cool if like with thr QE2 they would have chosen a different coloring scheme to go with the sheer grandness of this vessel. white looks kind of, tacky.
Applesweeter, Humans design and build huge ships because they want to and can.

Dear All,
I have one question about psychology:
*Why do human want to design and to build huge ship and large aeroplane, but no other species of animals?
I mean that only human will dream about building big travelling vehicle, such as A380 or the Oasis of the Sea. However, animals will not even dream about it.

white shows the ship has presence and shows the boldness of the ship.
