  • This is a very well explained work out, I am not fat but i have gotten a bit on the flabby side, and i have also gotten love handles, what should i do to tone it or get rid of it?

  • @andipanderson1 Make sure you do cardio at least 5 days a week for 30-45 mins and eat as clean of a diet as possible

  • Thanks for this .. Its easy to watch but while doing the exercises , i aint sure if i am doing it correctly or not ..

  • @MrPvyasaswy I explain each exercise as Im doing them. Besides being there with you, that is the best I can do.

  • lol ive been eating way too much christmassy food im bloating. need to exercise for sure! im 120 lbs i want 2 to shrink maybe 105 lbs.. by june :(

  • Nice Info about basic exercises....Thanks....

  • This is pretty cool im gonna try it out thanks!

  • from one girl to anorther. you're very beautiful!

  • @lisareneetaija hey could you please let me know like for how long should we work these exercises out ....like 20 mins a day or an hour or like 30 mins everyday ?

  • Thank you I'm gonna try these things and I'll get back to you if it made a difference of my life. Thanks again

  • Thanks

  • what would you recommend for a beginner pole dancer as far as food for pole? I'm a vegetarian as well. Thanks.

  • @gwenritch Hi there. This is not a very simple answer for youtube. It would be best for you to research vegetarian diets and see if you can find a good resource that caters to those who are engaging in regular workouts. Depending on how many times you are doing pole work and how rigorously, this will determine your caloric intake. If you are only dancing once a week, you do not need extra calories. Also, your diet will depend on your goals.

  • @lisareneetaija I'm amazed you would even answer such a dumbass question. There are people who charge money for giving that kind of detailed advice, and if you're not lazy, you will find it on some fitness forum, google magistra vitae est. You're too nice by half.

  • @gwenritch lol my ex coulda told you. She's a physical trainer and vegan lol Damn that woman

  • are these body exercises or talk exercise, cuz all you do is talk-talk-talk!

    Anyway, your body looks great...

  • u r fit babe

  • @TheCrazylove1993 - haha, true

  • You look beautiful all round, great advice.

  • please answer. did u loose weight from doing this?

  • @evelynivn i made this video. I do these workouts to stay in shape.

  • @lisareneetaija Hi nice video thanks! Very pretty too! I have a question ,does someone needs to hold belly in all day long or only when exercising? Thx keep up with the good work ;)

  • @evelynivn For loosing weight: sensible diet + aerobics (walking is just fine). This exercises are for toning muscles and should complemet the other two.

    Good luck!

  • Your arms and shoulders are perfect!!!

  • CMOOON..!! You should know coz youre giving advices, that people who cant see your feets in the 2 first moves FOR EXAMPLE.-.. Might do it wrong...Right? :-( But i think it good video but its irritating kinda in the first moves :-( maybe i am only one bitching, but having problem with my knees. But thanks for the video

  • @mynthon11 yes, its hard to see what is being filmed when you have a camera set in front of you (the screen is obviously not visible). If you listen to my verbal cues, and use a mirror, you should be able to do the moves properly. My verbal instructions are very clear on how the form in each move should be.

    Sorry for the inconvenience

  • @lisareneetaija I was also a little bothered when I could not see your feet. Anyways a great basic exercise video. I like that you present 2 versions: bands and weights. And being so basic I feel I can do them. For many of us the complicated and combined moves from the Firm are just too much.

    Thanks a lot!!

  • supper great for people who cannot get to the gym or have money issues.

    Keep up the great work.

  • you have a nice ass

  • great body alot of girls are far too manly

  • @TheCrazylove1993 thanks

  • How much would it cost for the band at wal-mart?

  • @Schoolhatter101 you can get a set of three bands (different resitance levels) for 14.99

  • @lisareneetaija k thank u lots

  • what if u dont have a ball or the other thing to exersie could u replace it with something else?

  • @Schoolhatter101 for the balls, you could use anything that fits in your hands and will add some weight that you will feel (ie cans, bags of rice etc). The band, however, is not really replaceable. You can purchase one for very little money at Walmart or any sports store. It is worth the investment as there are many exercises you can do using a band.

    Hope that helps a bit

  • Dear Elisabeth or anyone else,

could you PLEASE come and force my girlfriend to train just a little bit like this ?! am gettin tired of watching her grow to every side. Not being an idiot (i dont like bone & skin models) but if a woman is not ill she can train, if not for me, than just for her health !! ... Your a trianer and as we see a good one, i need an advice. Something that will make her start......

  • @chosearmi maybe you can start a program the two of you can do together. It is hard to make someone do something they are not self motivated to do. There are some great programs that you could purchase that give you a 30 or 60 day plan that you can both do at home and see how that goes. ie - try the insanity workouts. it is a 60 day program that requires no equipment. Maybe if you do it together, it will help her stay on track. Just an idea :)

  • Really nice to see someone do a push up with good form! great vid!

  • @MrChirish1 thank you :)

  • i love you

  • wow its hard doing push ups at 1st but wohow i feel like my arms are giants ur helpfull please keep uploading

  • @stollney dont give up. Keep working out - make sure you do cardio and eat as clean as possible

  • @stollney Yeah you should definitely get rid of that belly fat. That's totally gross.

  • @stollney exercise is like 20 % of it, the rest is diet, research it for yourself, don't go asking youtube videos ffs

  • @onokaoonokao thats true. 20% and 80% is your diet

  • Mmmm wat exercise i wud do at home ?? mmmm oh well i wud do you ;)

  • you have the perfect body (I wish mine was like that.) Do you have training sessions or anything ? Do you train every day? Can you please tell me your routine?

  • @MissCracker14 it really varies as i teach fitness classes , pole dancing and do personal training. every day is different

  • @iSquishMoths . We tone our arms so when people be sexist like this, we can punch them. ;) Thumbs up everyone who agrees.

  • Hi can you show some intense cardios?

  • id like to basically do you at home

  • Thank you! Me and my wife were looking for some great entry level videos and she loved the detail.

  • @UsernamesareOP glad you both liked the video! Cheers, Elisabeth

  • Why do women persist on toning their arms, it looks like too masculine. Other than that though, your body is amazing.

  • @iSquishMoths show me ONE thing not feminine about her.

  • Great tips!!!! Thanks a lot for sharing.

  • By the way, I have very flexible but incredibly weak hands and wrists. Do you have any tips to strenghten the hands?

  • @mpgalindo you can try doing ball squeezes for the hands and wrist flexion to strengthen your wrists. Your forearm should be flat along a chair or bench with a light weight, have just your hand off the edge and flex your wrist up and down

  • @lisareneetaija THANKS!!!! :-)

  • @mpgalindo no problem!

  • 9.08 hmmm can i... ermmm... nvm keep going

  • is it good to do push ups against the wall if i was too heavy?

  • @Bo3azozq8 yes, you can modify your push ups by starting against the wall, progress to a chair or sofa, and then to the floor

  • I can hear a crack from her push-up!

  • @deepbachan it is hard for me to tell you exactly what you should do for your own situation. I dont know if you have any medical conditions or if you are eating enough or eating the right things. If you are looking to put on muscle, these exercises will help tone you, but you need to make sure you are eating properly for your body to give you tthe results you are looking for.

  • @lisareneetaija

    thank you for the help

i have been using you're exercises and they are working

i am still fairly fat, but my muscles are begining to tone up and the fat is starting to dissapear

  • @Mikeybetts im happy you are seeing results! That is awesome. Keep it up and you will get where you want to be in your fitness.

I am hoping to have some new workouts up in the new year! :)

  • I have back issues, ruptured L5 and tears in L1-4. I have done PT, basic back strengthening and am ready to move on to ab workouts. I was advised that any kind of crunches would be unadvisable. How can I strengthen my core best without compromising my discs? I just subscribed, and love your vids I've seen so far.

  • @kathryn120 I dont like to give specific recommendations to individuals who I have not seen in person. It would be best for you to speak with a physiotherapist who can recommend strengthening exercises that would be best suited for you. If you are visiting a chiropractor, they should have some suggestions as well. Good luck!

  • can you please come too my house and teach me that :)

  • I just read in one of your responces that you only eat 15g carbs per meal, as a diabetic, my dietitian recommended I eat 45g per 3 meals and 2-3 15g for snacks.

What is your main source of carbs? I would like to lower my insulin intake to help me lose the weight gained from the amount of insulin, and so I will have to obviously lower my carb intake. I want the best healthy carbs, what do you recommend I add to my grocery list. Thank you for your response it will be very appreciated!

  • @daisylyn1000 great sources for carbs can be found on the low end of the glycemic index. Things such as oats, brown rice, yams, sweet potatoes etc. As you have special dietary requirements for your condition, you need to listen to your dietitian. I do not have diabetes and follow a way of eating that over the years I have found to work best for me and what I do. You must remember that I teach fitness and dance for a living, so my cal.reqs will be diff than someone with a desk job

  • @lisareneetaija Thank you for the reply! I forgot to ask what you think of protein powders, I know that the best source is through food, do these powders actually make a difference in your training, I would rather ask someone like you who I respect and can see that you clearly have the knowledge. Again thanks, and thank you for being a huge role model for me health and fitness wise!

  • @daisylyn1000 I do use protien powders (allmax isolate whey). Make sure you calculate the proper amount of protien you need for your body so you do not have too much. Thanks for the kind words :)

  • @lisareneetaija Thank you for the info!

  • Thanks for replying back so fast. Love your videos!

  • truthfully, in order to tone up your body, do you have to attend a gym? (in addition to exercising at home)

  • @marierey321 no, you do not have to attend a gym to tone up, but you need to be educated with how to train without equipment or with minimal equipment (as i do in the video above). If you just search "body weight exercises" in the search bar, you should come up with some great ideas on how to train with out any equipment at all. You just need to keep in mind that consistency, diet and a balanced- challenging workout is going to give yo the best results.

    thanks!

  • Wow you're awesome, I've never been able to do regular push-ups (not the cheating girl ones he he he ... at least I feel like I cheat when I do them ^_^) as great as yours and your arms are amazing!!! I'm so jealous. Need to get off my lazy ass and start working out again lol.

  • this helped me a lot! thanks

  • damm your are hot anyways its some great basic exercises thanks you

  • D4MN $HEE HEKK4 B4D :)

  • ballz!!! :)

    XD

  • u should be proud of the body hotttttttttttttt

  • less talking and more work out

  • are these excercises tailored for women only or does it help men with wieght loss too ?

  • @jabhatta men can do them too

  • can jump roping help me lose weight? my calfs hurt after i jump rope, should i worry?

  • @starnicole02 yes it can. Your calves may hurt if you are not letting your heels tap the floor as you jump. If you stay up on your toes, you will over work your calves and they will be sore. Also, if you have only jumped once in a long time, you are going to feel it the first time.

  • My girlfriend is a pole dancer, but while U were doing the stretch cable exercise, I was AMAZED, seeing how MUCH bigger, & better shaped, your BICEPS & ARMS R over her's. U have (MUSCLES) over her, in both your legs & arms! I would LOVE to see you flex both BICEPS in another clip. U are (BEAUTIFULLY) MUSCLED!!!

  • DAYUUM UR BEAUTIFUL XD

  • your beautiful :D

  • Hi, I'm 21, weigh 92kg and very short in height. My doctor says a healthy weight for me is 65. How much weight should I be losing per week with healthy eating and excercise? I'm really scared of stretch marks and stretched skin.

  • u hot mami

  • u hot mami

  • I am 4ft 8 and 1/4 inches. Weighing at 104 any idea how to get it off? I tried turbo jam and i gained weight on their diet w/ doing he xcercise plan.

  • i have joined gym from last month and feel like a little change in me,,,,

the basic problem is i feel more weight on my inner thighs arms and legs..

suggest me some good exercises for these parts please :) which i can normally practice at home..

  • Hii....my weight s 80 kg and height is 5'4

my instructor advice me to take it to 70...

suggest me some good tips to lose 10 kg,,,,,,,,??please

  • @MsMarami You need to lower your caloric intake and up the amount you exercise. THis is the most basic way to do it. If you eat slightly less than you burn a day (ie 500 cal deficit), this should allow for a safe amount of weight loss.

  • @lisareneetaija Yes or you could do it the muscle building way and work out a lot and take in as many calories as you burn working out and if your lucky and have high metabolism then you can eat even more and gain more protein :)

  • i have a question running will really help to lose weight ??

  • @SmallHarryaWatLang It can, but depends on how long you run and what else you are doing with workouts and eating

  • Nice girl, nice body and nice workouts you got there :D

  • I am extremely overweight... I weigh around 185, and I am 5'3... do you think doing all of these, 10 times each... could help me lose weight if I did it once a day?

  • @mshappymedium Hi there, the exercises will definitely help you with your goals, however, your diet is going to be very important when it comes to achieving your results. It will be important to eat clean and eat the proper amounts of food at regular intervals to get where you want to be. Let me know if you have any questions

  • @mshappymedium girl im not an expert but i have a few years on this, and i recomend you, if you want to lose weight do execises that dont put pressure on you knees because you can hurt you knees, so the perfect sport(from my point of view)its swmming, but if you cant go to swim, do some spinning or biking, remember dont put the pressure of your weight on your knees, but if yougo to swimming i bet you will lose weight. . . . you can!. . ps i dont think that you are so overweight like you say. .

  • i lyk ur hair.
