I actually cried on this. I'm bisexual myself, but I've not the guts to tell people I'm that way. To everyone: I'm straight. The reason? I'm afraid of being bullied and it affecting me so much that something like this would happen to me. It's scary, it really is, and it just breaks my heart that people are so heartless and can live with themselves that they cause people's deaths. Bullying needs to end: it takes so many people to join up and fight, but it seems that more people are bullying.

Doesnt say god created a man and a man. So since he he was gay means he sined. Then again it says in the bible its a bad crime to take your own life. So i cant believe that he found peace hes in hell and its sad that he was that confused and bullying should stop because he shouldnt of died.

@suvariboy The clothes of opposite sex is an abomination. There are lots of stuff in the bible where what god said was meant in that time. There is stuff what god says that is meant forever and for every human. Revelation 9: 7,8,9,10 there isnt really human heads on horse body with a scorpion tail. I know nobody is willing to say this for fear of appearing insensitive, but the only person truly responsible for Jamey Rodemeyer's death is JAMEY RODEMEYER. The bullying - and ONLY the bullying - is the responsibility of the bullies themselves and the bullies' parents. We can't curtail freedom of speech just because some people use it to say mean-spirited things. Let the parents, students, and schools take care of this, and leave the government out of it.

@mur12chen That's not the role of government; millions of people die every year from an over consumption of fast food; should the government put quotas on McDonald's? How many rights are you willing to take from the citizenry in the name of 'safety'? While schools can take certain steps to prevent bullying on school grounds, the government has no right to restrict free speech in any capacity in public forums, or any type of social media. The 1st Amendment is not a suggestion or general guideline
