Lovely recipe, but I would try using also, in addition to the raisin's, some dried cherries and or dried cranberries. Yummy!

Now THATS the REAL authentic Noodle Kugle, that my late mother used to make. It tasted best when served warm to hot with a large dollop of sour cream on top. Great for lunch with a homemade Gefilte Fish! Jewish Soul food!!!!!!!!!!!!

We don't use sour cream at all! we just use noodles, sugar, eggs, oil, and that's all. of course if you want dairy kugel, go with this...
