Talk about good.. This song is crazy good. --- I don't believe in blind faith. It seem like it's real. The older I get the more I know that any faith is just is a seed that may lead to real faith the hard way. I wrote a song 30 years ago call The Better Side of Me (from my 83 demo tape playlist) that also talks about what I thought blind faith was. I don't think that way anymore.

As a Christian person who feels a lot of suffering and sometimes doesn't see a lot of God's love in this world, this music really comforts me. It feels to me like part of the Christian persons struggle. It may be melancholy but sadness is part of our faith. And songs like this offer comfort.

Okay now! it makes alot more sense because as a Catholic some parts of the song seemed to me like not very pro-church/pro-faith but in context of searching for religion with blind faith, it makes sense because people need God but because of this innate human need, people can twist religion anyway for thier own benefit so it is dangerous but for me in a conscious decision that I firmly believe in is the Catholic church is correct, so I don't know exactly still how to take this song but soundsgut
