teh the difference. whats your opinion of tubi?, i had tubi mufflers put on my gransport, but took them back off because they sound like a ferrari at that point. i dont disliek ferrari at all. am rather envious of them. just want a maserati to sound more like a maserati than its italian cousin. and vice versa. wouldnt want to re-pipe a ferrari and make it sound like a maserati either.. love this model to be honest. underrated by far.
I wasn't being nasty, and in fairness I shouldn't have commented. I do however stick with my previous comment, even after hearing your reply. I'm also fully aware of the skill needed to set it up to run smoothly, and how often it would need a little tweek. But in fairness it's hard to find anyone who can even set up twin 40s let alone that.
@80BSY Ferrari Mondials use Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection, this system doesn't need tweaking, as I said these engines just need a few minutes to get up to temperature. See the response video for an idling engine that has been given time to warm up.
@80BSY Don't panic, these V8s need at least 5mins to warm up, especially after not having been started for a couple of weeks, then they tick over nicely. See response video above for engine fully warmed up.
@tonza123456789 Because it's not good to rev hard a cold engine, especially one that's not been started for a couple of weeks. You need to warm the oil and hit a certain temperature before revving it hard, this takes about 10-12mins of gentle driving. See the response video for a warm engine.

Have to agree, it needs a run and a service, it's pig lumpy. Pipes will be lovely then.
