Funny, but also funny how comedians will go out of their way to hear what a heckler said -- stop mid sentence and say "what was that?" or "what did you say?" -- then rip a friendly heckler just for interrupting. Heckling can actually be good fuel for a comedic who's good at improv.
A comedian has to react to heckles, even freindly ones, if he does not he is showing poor comic ability not being able to deal with situations. When an opinion contributes to the dehumanizing of another human being, in essence makes another human being a non-person in the eyes of the public, then yes, I am very intolerant because then this person is infringing on the ability of another human being to live a life of dignity for the person they are.
