God, i can't wait for the full gt5, customization FTW!! I want a racing game and my friend keeps telling me to get this, so just because of the Audi R8, I'm on my way to eb games to buy my copy of GT5 P NOW! :O

It's more than a demo, but not worth the price they charge. I regret the purchase at release, but it is far more substantial than any trial game I've ever downloaded.
well the car sounds do need improvement. my friend owns a evo and it sounds differnt than in the game. the turbo sounds off and the the tire effects i wish you can adjust them like in forza. but gt5 is a long way from here so lets see.
no... I prefer forza's damage, better than nothing. I'd like to see visual damage in GT5, they don't really need to make something such as forza (with technical damage).
It's in first place for the idea that there is something happening while driving against other cars or hitting a wall. The GRID damage is pretty nice made I think, also crashing in to tirewalls is very cool. It would be nice to see that part of GRID in GT5.

I'm sure that it is way different and it may be better driving than forza. What me irritates is the damage in GT5: there is no damage... pretty anoying. That's whats better in Forza because damage in endurance races is a normal aspect.
They had the Drift option in number two.. and number one as well I believe.
When you choose a car you have the option for it to be either "RACE" or "DRIFT" mode, so you can't say anything about gt5 'adding the drift feature', because you could also drift in the older GT games.
@james01246 Drift feature doesn't mean the game suddenly switches to 'drift physics' like the need for speed games do, the physics stay exactly the same, it just records how long you drift and gives you points for it.

The sounds are recorded right from the car on Gt5 lol. I think you are use to hearing fake fart loops from GRID
