@Kakkerot86 Basically because if you saw in the last episode the humans got absorbed into the trees, the meterix caused it and Shadow thought Cosmo was a spy because she's a plant, so she would somehow be related to the people being turned into trees

@TUFFGUYS1 Actually, Chaos Control does not emit that rainbow-colored light. It always seems to emit either a yellow/green light in this show, or a red or blue one in the games. I have no idea what really even happened there or why it happened.

He just doesn't want the recognition of a hero.

But that's just me.

@AnaAdorable299 He's what they call an "anti-hero". He has a pure heart but his brooding nature and the burdens he carries (he feels responsible for the deaths of Maria and Molly) tends to make him come across as darker or more cynical.

One of the reasons he's so popular, I think, is because he's complex that way. He's more "deep" than a lot of other characters.
