rules are rules , these work permit rules apply to all non e.u players from america to timbuktu, so its unfortunate this chap is caught up in this situation but shouldn't the focus be on improving the national team management and by extension the fifa ranking so this situation doesn't impact on the next generation of brilliant young kenyans, its all about being pro active
