The world is so unjust, its sad to see how millions of people are affected by kalar azar because people wont develop a treatment because of no profit.

Somethings puzzle me. A developing country, leaving ,millions to a mercy of devastating disease. Having to goto America for funding. These people could have been cured with a simple remedy that as usual we take for granted. This really moved me, shame on the developed world.
