Yeah, I miss hearing the announcer who would say Super 55 FOX. He also did quick news reports between programming. I can't remember the guys name, but he had a distinctive deep voice with a bit of a rasp. I watched all the cool cartoons and shows on Super 55, like Thundercats and Silverhawks on Froggy's Pad in the morning. What did happen to Super 55 anyway?
Didn't channel 55's transmitter blow up or something? I just remember them abruptly ceasing to exist after 1998, and then I got digital cable and never heard of the channel again.
We need a new Happy's place for our children to enjoy. Why should we be the only ones to enjoy the show. I might of been shy and not even talked when he asked me questions, but it was still cool to be there. Oh, if you name your show after Happy's place it better be on tv, and for the kids just like the original.

YEAH! I was on Happy's Place in 2nd grade! My whole Cub Scout troop got to go up and talk to Happy on the air!! Did the show come on at 3:30 or 4 pm??
