got to say sheridan well impressed with your fights on here, moved to plymouth and live here now from stoke on trent, boxed for long time but not unlicensed and well out of shape nowadays but interestin watch.know quite a lot of your central element lads in plym good bunch.Good luck with it m8
when you jab keep yr right hand up and tuck yr chin in behind yr left shoulder, move yr head, one shot at a time bring yr hands back to yr chin, u only get caught wen yr chins in the air
Well i could tell ya cos im the first guy! Firstly, i didnt keep my hands up, im a very tall guy but my opponent was eevn taller which i found very awkward as i couldnt get my jab going. Also my fitness wasnt great and i started to puff towards the end of the round through all the bobbing and weaving. Also i was a bit hatton like in my defence with my hands far too low. Moral of he story is, keep your hands up! I had a headache for a week after the knockout!!!!
he shouldnt of dropped his hands and and because sheridan was taller you have to go in close and gain control the center of the ring so that sheridan coldnt get full extended arm and if you look he is always on his backfoot
sheridan trains me
