How can you connect that Samson mic to a camera? I have a Samsung HMX20C, by the way, it comes with a 3.5 mm microphone jack, I was thinking of buying a set of diferent adapters to go one to another, but I don't know about if the camera can feed the power supply for the mic, can you please help, I think this is a very good question? I've got very decent equipment, but I've not got a big following. Hehe.

I use 2 Canon VIXIA HG20s with a DM-100 external mic. I edit with Final Cut Studio on my iMac. It doesn't really matter to me how many people subscribe or watch my stuff, I just greatly enjoy making it!

(Obviously people watching and enjoying it gives a little more satisfaction) :)

I don't make videos on here because I don't have any time or want to. But I personally love Shure microphones. The Shure Super 55 Dynamic mic is my favorite mic overall. I use it live and it gives great sound quality. It's $250 is it's not incredibly expensive.
