I didn't find the tile in that lake, and I checked almost every single one down there. For me, it was one of the furthest tiles downstream (at the narrow part where the rocks are that block you from getting to the waterfall) from the northernmost location on route 119 where you can use surf

ok people heres to answer all ur questions 1:you can find feebas with ANY rod 2:feebas can only be found on 6 tiles out of the 400 tiles in the entire lake on route 119 3:the tiles feebas is on are completly random for everyones game 4:once you find feebas you can find alot more if you remeber what tile you found him on 5:this works on all games 6:its still a mystery wiether the treandy saying on dewford really helps or not hope this answers all your questions
