we all know itachi was sick, but basing his ability to defeat the hokage on a battle with sasuke doesn't say much. We've never seen him fight a kage, and all we know is that the kage pwned sasuke. Whether Sasuke is stronger than Itachi is debateble, but I think so.

Madara has a medium and that would be the dimension that he created in which to transport to so as he could move freely between the 2. Without that he would be unable to transport. All the same the 4th will have no chance against Madara if both were in their prime

There's no way sharingan could keep up with Flying Thundergod Technique. It doesn't really matter anways, it's instant teleportation, and the 4th was as smart as shikamaru. You never really any jutsu he uses except for teleport. Think about it, all he has to do is teleport like cosntantly and there's nothing you can do about it. You can't predict his movements, nothing. Infinite possibilities.
