  • omg i know how that goes. i ust to freak out about it. when i was in the hospital and had blood taken alot during that stay so now i just get alittle nervous and gittery.

  • you know what helped me? they told me that the small vial was really only equal to like a teaspoon and the big a tablespoon! either way they fucked up and i had this big mark on my vein for a week that looked like i was an addict. a trainee did it and i literally heard the trainer GASP and take over wiping up all this blood. like you, i didn't look. :)

    good luck wit

  • So didya get Nurse Feratu's phone number?

    ;-)

  • I wish I had!! But he probably thinks I pass out all the time now...could you see that?....in the hay with Doctor "McDreamy" and **flop** I pass out cause he "sticks" me. No bueno for him I guess lol.

  • Have you always passed out at the sight of blood? Wow...that is funky...

  • Not usually...I see my blood when I scrape/cut/scuff myself and it doesn't bother me. I think what it was was my blood pressure spiking due to the panic I had from seeing the vials of it. Maybe I hadn't adjusted fully yet or something **shrug** hehe

  • Woo hoo!! over and done with. Glad you didn't get injured and you got a cool band-aid to boot.

    **Hugs**

  • HEHE Thx babe!! I'm happy it's over too.....Wonder when I go back again... /ponder

  • lol, you just made me visualize the whole drama scene...

i gave my psp away, since i never use it. maybe i should bully my niece, and take it back. what do you think? -___o

  • BEAT HER UP AND TAKE IT BACK!! haha j/k I'd recommend buying another one....kids have a tendency to wreck expensive/delicate electronics, lol.

  • haha, you're telling me...my lil' 2yrs ol' nephew broke 2 of my drawing tablets, poured his juice on my laptop, scratched my xbox games; specially my gears (why god=*sobbing*)...then the lil' bastard smiles at me, and melts my heart ^____^

(but I'm still never having kids)

  • I got all woozy when I had bloodwork done because I hadn't eaten yet. That fainting feeling is so bad, complete lack of control. Really disconcerting.

  • Very much so!! I have this dream sometimes where I pass out and become a secret agent trapped in a hospital by crazy doctors, and I'm trying to escape. I was thinking about it today and was like...."Hmmm, maybe that's why I was kicking my feet..."

  • Hey Merc,

Im sorry to hear that you passed out but Im happy you made it through the appointment. Its over, its over! Now you can enjoy the rest of your weekend.

    Lots of love.

  • Nurse "McDreamy" nursed me back...he was worth it, lol

  • The way you passed out sounds really intense. Though I am glad you are okay. I would give blood at the red cross back when i lived in the united states. The people there would put the needle in my arm first and -then- look for a vein, extremely painful. However, they got my blood each time and I got a bruise. At least you came out of it quickly.

I see people on the train with PSP. I only have a DS. Is a PSP worth the purchase even though I have a DS? Keep smiling!

    Peace and Love,

    Diana

  • It was quite intense, although I'm sure I have plenty more chances to pass out in the future. Better get used to it now, right? ^^

DS vs PSP? I love my PSP more. It has a streaming music player with 30+ genres and about 20 stations per genre, store/view photos/music/video, download themes/games. With the DS it's caard and go, lol. I love them equally for their games. If I wanna play kiddie stuff, I go to the DS...if I wanna play more mature content, I go to the PSP ^^ A toss up, really.
