Naw, it's definetly not Jay in this clip, I think it's Johnny Jacobs that's doing the announcing in this clip here (he did announce in the original CBS version and occasionally filled in around 1977-79? for the syndie version)

@richie19190 You are not wrong. It was Johnny Jacobs, the voice of the Chuck Barris game show library and the original announcer of The Joker's Wild. He also was the voice for "Break the Bank".
