what I like with sketchup, is that you can create objects like that cone (or a ball), where only the outlines are drawn (and where the curved surface is simply shaded).

In Google sketch Up we are not able to import the drawing fron Excel.That is laking as most of the people are using excel for simple sketch

i cannot do this with 'alt' but it worked for me if i just pressed the 'up-arrow' (sketchup 7)
