i have to disagree with your own opinion. It's a very well done cake. Basket weave can be tricky and yours turned out very well. I like the flowers a lot too. I think the only thing that made the cake look a bit odd, was the arrangement of the flowers on the top. It looked a little weird, but that's the only thing I have to say. But this was 2 years ago, I wonder what you are doing now!

OMG that cake is beautiful! I started course II last night. You are doing much better at cake decorating than I. I absolutely love it but it takes me forever to get the hang of things!
My daughter n I are taking Wilton Classes as well. We just finished Course 1 n are very excited about Course 2 next week. Did you use the oval pans that came in Course 2 for this cake? Love the vibrant colors n cant wait to make the basket weave, you did a good job!
