Thanks for the comments amanzar, this is a problem a lot of countries have that don't have oil. We pay all of this money to import it from our economy and send it out to other countries. The technology is available now in the resource, either Sun, wind, or waves are all available for free. Many of the politicians and the public realize renewable energy creates independence but the big corporations and their influence either slow the process or prevent it from happening
It's nice to know that there are still organizations like this who are concerned about energy and environmental issues. I hope your journey will succeed. By the way I'm interested in joining you on this but i don't know how. Can you guide me?
This video was put out to promote the concept, we're not really an organized group but are a website promoting green energy and energy independence through T-shirt sales and contests. Forward the video to others to promote energy independence and check out our blogs and information
This seems like a cool concept and how does it really work, how does he do any good? I mean, I'm all for energy independence and what does this do to help?
Thanks Scooterful, I envisioned it helping by providing public support for the president and the promotion of his renewable energy ideas. Imagine if he were to propose an idea and on the third day of the month 10 million people stopped for three minutes in support of it I think his ideas would stand a much better chance with that kind of support

Im from Pakistan and our total oil imports bill is Rs. 180 billion.
Our annual health spending is Rs. 6.84 billion and the amount spent on education is Rs. 6 billion.
Being a technlogically advanced country, why cant we start utilizing alternative energy as well?
