  • how long does this laptop live before you need a new one?

  • @0987654321284 lol I think it will "live" until someone drops it :-P

  • @yayerbomb9 , is that have a DVD drive ? PLZ reply me.....

  • @febtrtbeayan no m11x doesnt but u can but one that hooks into usb for about 20$

  • what is that guy doing in the back laying cards or wat?

  • oh dear god, ppl that dont have desktop that runs any games onfull antialiasing too at 300 fps dont know what theyre missing x_x

    even for working, way faster...

that netbook is just for casual gaming and travels for sure...

  • going to study abroad in a few months. Gonna get this asap.. to keep myself entertained :D

  • Got mine coming~! Yay~! Ships on March 4th~! Woot~!

  • u suck mine comes the 25th of march

  • actually I got it on Feb 20th lol. I'm using it right now. The estimate you get after you order online is not accurate; mine came about 25 days earlier. :)

  • I like how he refers to it as the Computer Electronics Show in the info box...it's totally the Consumer Electronics Show. Sorry for nitpicking, but c'mon, get the name of the event you're attending correct.

  • So it's a netbook with notebook performance. That makes it a desktop replacement in my view. Gaming is low on the agenda, but I love the styling and the switchable graphics are the icing on the cake. On my desk I can hook it up to my monitor, and on the move it makes for a very portable, powerful netbook. If you are so serious about portable gaming, get an i7 rig that has shit battery life and quit moaning.

  • These are the specs I can find for it.

    Intel Core 2 U7300 1.3GHz

    Nvidia GT335M 1GB VRAM

    11.6″, 1355×768 display

2 hours of battery life (or around 6 when not doing anything intensive like games)

    weighs about 4 lbs.

  • how is this a review?

  • if you output to a 22" monitor I bet those games will run like crap

  • if you new anything about PC gaming then you would know that size doesn't matter, the resolution does.

  • well i'm assuming that someone wouldn't be stupid enough to hook up to a large monitor and just leave the resolution at 800x600 so yes at a 22 inch monitor running at native resolution would lag

  • @mikee286 It's not even running 800x600 on it's own screen. It should have no problem outputting at 720p to an external display. The question is if you can live with 30fps, for casual gaming it might be ok.

  • the typical person wouldnt buy a 11inch laptop just to plug it up and make it a desktop basically... they have desktops for that the m11 is for someone that wants something small to carry around that can play games-not to be a performance powerhouse that will replace your desktop sorry :*(

  • That's his point. A 22" display will run at a higher resolution like 1920 x 1080/1200, or 1680 x 1050.

  • @mikee286, its a netbook, you're not meant to use it as a desktop replacement and hook it up to a 22" monitor.

  • LOL, people don't like your comment because it's true.

  • Well done for stealing and reposting a video, dumbass. 1 star for utter noobishness. I'd give it 0 stars or below if possible.

  • this isn't a fucking review and you just stole this video and claimed it as your own!

  • Don't forget 11" of powerhouse and affordable to $1000 budget buyers... :D

  • Yay... First Post~! :D

If the specs are as good as what it says and meets my expectations, I might just go buy it... Yay~!

That is seriously one "badass" ultraportable~!

Nice Job Alienware~! Thank you yagerbomb9 for the video~!
