His performance in this is one of the most hilariously terrible perfomances I've ever seen in my life. Few actors that big have such an uneven acting career. He can go from being brilliant and subtle in one film to being awful and over the top in the next one. First he went from being in Wild At Heart to being in Deadfall, then he went from being in Bringing Out The Dead to the unintentionally hilarious Wicker Man remake. I guess the better directors know how to rein him in.

Charlie Sheen as a master billiards player, his boss is a buttfuck insane British guy who talks like he's having the worlds longest orgasm and lives under a pool hall with his geishas in a room filled with animal heads and has a claw for a hand. He was great in 'Adaptation' and very funny in 'Honeymoon in Vegas' (he has been great in other good movies) -- and then he chooses HORRIBLE roles in bad movies and his acting is not only bad, but bizzare. I know he can do great work... I just don't get it.

I ordered "Deadfall" for a Bad Movie Party. The whole thing is hillarious. The two best things are how over done Nicholas Cage's acting is and how the plot cant stick to one story. Right after this I watched "The Room" and that made "Deadfall" not look quite so bad.

I saw this movie yesterday. My favorite thing about it is the expression on Michael Biehn's face throughout the film. Look at the look he's giving Nic Cage in this scene. Utter disbelief. Later the disbelief turns to despair when he fully realizes what he's gotten himself into. You can almost hear the wheels falling off his career by the end of the movie.
