Well yeah, it's at 2x speed - Double-timed. And yeah, that's a tuba. Baritones are shorter, not as wide, and overall smaller. And if you put in the effort and practice, a good tubist can easily munch notes right alongside baritones and, for some skilled players, trumpets. It's just how much time and practice you're willing to put into it.
