ill be doing this tuesday but only with one flash setup...any hints or ideas? i got some but its my first time shooting lacrosse

@Birdman507 hey sorry it took a while im on holiday with my gf :) well i mean it always depends on what you wanna do.. i dont know how experienced you are, but the way i do it lighting-wise, is I measure the ambient light first. Lets say you read f/8 for ISO100 at 1/125 or whatever, you can go from there. If you want to underexpose that, set your flash higher, if you want to fill, set it lower.
