The last note in the 2nd measure is wrong, it's against the chord. It should be played flat by a half tone. There are same mistakes through this version.

no, I don't think he use a program... I think you can see the visualization right in the air or maybe in the digital camera. :P
Of course it is a program, like Cubase.
