Time for people to wake up! The WHITE fillings are not good for you at all. They contain substances known to cause cancer. The silver fillings are proven to be safer, but still people are fooled by dentist who want to make more money. They will do so becouse white fillings are more expensive, and the brake more often, meaning you will have to go back. Your fillings gets bigger each time you go, and you will need expensive crowns. Stick to silver fillings, or learn the hard way!

As for durability, the research actually shows that modern composites are just as durable as amalgam. Those containing BPA are of concern, of course - why we consistently seek the least toxic filling options available.

@luktende I think I'll take my risks with the plastic toxicity which is the lesser evil IMO, rather than something known as the most toxic non-radioactive metal known to man, this ain't no joke folks, there are so many health problems associated with mercury poisoning, it's nearly impossible to determine whether or not this is the root problem, of course mainstream "Doctors-Dentists" are not gonna tell the truth or they will lose their job..such a beautiful poison no one is the wiser.
Every tooth filled with mercury has gone bad for me i feel better just after having them pulled.They knew in the seventies it was bad I shouldnt even have to pay to get it removed almost like being poisoned.
