My wife and I have seen Praise at least 20 or 30 times over the last couple of years. We went to a very small country church down south and it was great. They appear numerous times at the National Street Rod events through out the year. We never miss the chance to see them.

Several years ago, I found my self empty spiritually, bottomed out, alone, or so I thought. This song came on from a cd I purchased. Today, I found myself needing it's message, and God reminded me of what I needed. I found this rendition, and it brought me back to my knees.

The first time I heard this song was at the funeral of a dear friend. A men's quartet sang it, as it was one of her favorites. The awesome thing was that this quartet was comprised of men who were Christian pastors/professors who my humble friend, through the guidance of the Lord, had mentored in their young adulthood and helped to guide them on their journey and shape them in the Christian men they are today.
