You guys, the real ending is when Jun-Yeong gets shot in his room by some guys and his friend wants to take him to the hospital but her refuses. Jun-Yeong wants to go see Hae-in for the last time at her concert. As he watches her sing at the front row he slowly starts to close his eyes as death overcomes him and takes him away.

I simply can never understand why she doesn't drive him to the hospital herself! I mean, he's messed-up injured YET has to drive himself to be treated!!! I'm guessing that she was never taught how to drive because her eyesight just returned (?).
