Being the O.G. that he is, Obi-Wan knew Anakin's arrogance knows no bounds as he wouldn't hesitate to prove his 'power' by trying to jump str8 over obi-wan. He was counting on it and that's how we won..

If Anakin were a little more patient he could just have drifted a lil longer down the shore then jump over, but again the ego is what took him down...

Absolutely, and Obi-Wan literally kicked Anakin in the ass during the choking scene. Obi-Wan's kicks were particularly effective, but nothing beats chopping off three of Anakin's limbs and leaving him to burn. That's the biggest ownage of the saga. Anakin deserved all of it, especially after murdering younglings and choking his pregnant wife.

I love 2:59-3:00!!! Obi-Wan was about to have his neck sliced while Anakin chokes him, but then Obi-Wan kicked Anakin in the butt so hard that he flies several feet away.
