What the hell is wrong with Ralphie's mother? Aunt Clara is obviously either a)senile b)Disrespectful or c)selfish. She may have taken "the time" to make it...but it's not what a 12 year old male child would want. It's what Clara wants him to have. Doesn't Ralphie's mother see that he hates it and it's humiliating to wear. If I was Ralphie's dad, I'd have burned that dumb thing.
