it depends on your hair type too so like if you have naturally straight hair you want the straightener to be hotter or leave it on your hair longer

I've practiced this with my own straighteners a million times! It's so difficult to do especially on your own hair!

If people are stuggling with this like I did then all I can say it PRACTICE!!!! You will eventually get the hang of it...

Its easier to make some loose, french braids with a bit of hairspray and then blow dry. Same look, less time, nicer on the hair.

You can do it with any straightening iron as long as it has rounded edges, so you should be able to do it with a solia

Yeah well it doesnt work for all hair types, to plait your hair while it is wet.

kl...even though it would be easier to plait your hair when its wet, then sleep with it like that and then take it out..easier and less damaging
