It's stock music that was used A LOT in the 1970's and 1980's. You probably best remember it from the "Beginning/End" film of the man eating the hot dog. For the record, and I know I keep saying this, I NEVER liked this music cue. It's the musical version of a two year old having a meltdown, lol!
