Being here in Arizona and working in the restaurant bussiness has taught me a lot about illegals. I'm torn on the subject. They take up some jobs they us americans want (construction) but then again they take up jobs that many of us waould hate to do (dish washers, porters, bussers and low end work). Both of them though just are trying to earn a living and have some of the best character. If you read any of Bourdain's books, he will glady tell you about their character.
