i recomend 1 year supply of food(non parishable) for family,buy physical gold and silver, and equipment(candles,gas stove,lots of gas for stove, and lots of backup plans for when the fun begins. but the most important thing i would say is to be aware of whats going on, cause so many people havent woken up yet
