there's a special supercharger oil that GM sells. two 4oz. bottles of it are needed, but the supercharger only takes 6oz. to fill.
i wouldn't dab too much with different oil types to use for the S/C. too risky, in my opinion. just stick to the stuff the dealership sells. it's about $26 for two bottles.
oil needs to be changed every 50k miles or so. i actually like changing the oil on it too. i find it quite entertaining. haha
someone with money needs to build a kenne bell gtp just for shits and giggles.

look at his headlights get brighter when he revs high :P he should get a NRG ground wire kit, it will help a lot with electrical current flow.
Ask more if needed bud :P

Thanks for the tip but I did some ground wire mods this past summer and I think it probably took care of that problem.

Cool, I take it you still have the car and take well car of it as I do with my GA, check out my Video of it, not too bad.
Aslo, I have a question, What oil you put in the Supercharger? and can it be synthetic? and how often do you change it?
Ask more if needed bud D:

Is that a Gen V supercharger?
Sounds awesome!
wildman00sax 2 years ago
No not in the video but I have one on the car now. I'll have it re tuned this spring and post the dyno video. The Gen V has a lot more wine to it.
Josh27321 2 years ago
I want to get one on my car. How much did you gain from swapping to the Gen V?
wildman00sax 2 years ago
I never had it dynoed after I did the Gen V swap but it was a noticable gain and the Gen V is a lot louder than a Gen 3.
