  • we are doing this exact same play, only we split the stage manager into the 3 acts and i have the privelage of doing act 3. you did it fantastic, only you're a bit more calm then i am in my performance. but thank you for posting it! it gave me lots of ideas :)

  • @anotherxlullaby I loved doing this monologue, and I'm sure you'll do a fantastic job with it! :) I was more calm in this one than I was in the other two acts, because I felt that the setting and mood called for it (with it being a cemetery) and I thought the audience needed time to adjust to the fact that many of the characters they've been watching are now dead. Best of luck!! x

  • @anotherxlullaby ah, totally replied to you on my other account! haha my bad.

  • OMG that is a lot of lines to remember. you did a great job though

  • @charlottekane123 Thanks! All of my monologues in the show were like this, including some small character parts that I played as well. AND it was a three-act show. So much work but it was really fun!

  • Great, you're very talented!! It sounded like you were you trying to do a New Hampshire accent?

  • @delaserdudeXD Thank you! And no, I actually wasn't. I guess that's just the speaking voice that I felt the character needed. Everyone else in the show attempted an accent, but the Stage Manager is kind of timeless and it didn't seem necessary.
