Doc was a great instructor and conductor. I learned a lot of music from him. 2 of my high school band directors were his students, and he came to our school to teach us. Then, on to the MDB!! Kathryn Scott was his protege. Wish there was a video of him conducting! His hair kept time to the music. But, at least, I saw it in person!
