  • I must admit the cabin noise level on this 767 is quite loud. It's quite a strange noise and i thought compared to the airbus a320 it was really nasty

  • What airport is CYYZ? Great video!

  • @JijiAwesome Toronto Pearson International Airport

  • i like those plastic trays they have on the air canada 767 flight trolleys. THe red air canada logos look like really high quality plastic and very eye catching.

  • @maxou Did you post the vid of the 757? I'd still like to hear what kind of a "difference" you can hear inside the plan. Keeping in mind all the other variables that go into how it sounds. Such as quality of recording device, position inside plane, etc.

  • @mattsherr2 Yes it's in my videos.

  • wonderfull!!

  • @maxou5757 Oh, OK. Umm do you Live In Toronto? I do and the Main attractions: example: Eaton Centre, Sears, etc. Is wonderful!

  • @pegasusmon25 I dont, I live in Montreal, but Toronto is an amazing place to visit and live ! :)

  • @maxou5757 Oh cool, Maybe In the future I will visit Montreal, or Vancouver, But still, Canada Is wayyy better!

  • Linda filmagem!!! Parabéns!

  • @MegaBluestarfish yes this is pearson airport

  • Awesome vid, lucky you still got on this bird before she was taken out of service. Cheers from t.dot : )

  • Nicely edited!

  • the flight from toronto to vancouver is amazing scenery especially the part of the journey that passes over the mountains. I would class this flight better value for money than those expensive scenic tours you pay for in small cramped airplanes. this flight is a scenic tour in itself.

  • @210482fmj i agree, i flew to vancouver from toronto last year, the mountains were absolutly insane.

  • @MegaBluestarfish Of course it is :)

  • @MrAngel011ism cool i got the link you sent me. thanks!

  • what's the name of the music that starts at around 9 seconds?

  • @BenjaminTapia1 it is the safety video

  • @MrAngel011ism my bad, i meant the uploader of this vid sent me a link and you are right it is on the safety video. someone should loop the music over and over. the tune is catchy.

  • So many snow i pretty much love Canada i love cold season not hot like in Israel :(

  • I LOVE the sound of those engines!!

  • that takeoff kicked ass : D

  • i miss this plane :(

  • nice to see you had a heat wave.

  • Ótimo seu video, gostei muito...além da paisagem de gelo...

vejam os meus videos: decolagem de vitoria

    Ney (Brasil)

  • cool

  • just leaving that winter wasteland behind is awesome!

  • When did Air Canada adopt this "Summer's Eve Douche" livery? Bring back the red and white eh hosers?

  • 777 = 757 on roids

    767 = 737 on roids

    747-8 = A380 killer

    go Boeing go

  • i love those engines , mmmm, a real symbol of power!!

  • @ExpliteXiD I'm an american that likes this video.

  • I remember an Air Canada 767-200 flamed out due to fuel starvation and the pilot dead sticked and landed it safely !! He blew all the tires but still a hero !! There is a book on that .

  • Uhh... Not so sure what's so cool about this takeoff, or the sound of the engines. The engines on a 767 are very similar to those of a 757. Sorry, not so impressed myself. But, I do love taking off in airplanes. Although G-forces aren't that strong, it's still a very cool experience - nearly 200 MPH on the ground. Can you imagine being in an F1 car, going 240 MPH, a few inches off the ground? Now THAT'S awesome!

  • @mattsherr2 I have a video of a 757 taking off, you'll see that the sound is pretty different.

  • @mattsherr2 the engines on the 767 are far more powerful than on the 757. they are both from pratt and whitney but the ones on the 767 are bigger and more powerful than the ones they need for the 757. most 757's though have the rolls royce engines on them.

  • @mattsherr2 I think this vid is pretty cool, I mean.... you can realy hear the 100.000 horse power those engines are producing!

  • 762 engines are beast! I'm glad ABX air flys a 762 at my airport

  • Hi bypass turbofans.....awesome!

  • Thanks all =)

  • awesome video awesome sound!

  • super sound :D

  • Jeez, that's really fuckin' loud. I would have such a headache by the end of the flight.

    Cool video, though. =]

  • That was the most exciting moment in my life (my first time taking off!)

  • nexttime take trains

  • @GordonFreemanD40 airplanes are wayyyyyyyyyyy faster

  • I remember flying into one of those planes before. It was at CFB Trenton. For summer camp. And yes, I love that sound :P

  • Ahh I hate hearing that damn safety video lol.

Nice engines though, I love Boeing.

  • v1. rotate. v2, positive rate, gear up

  • If memory serves, AC has retired all it's 762's to the desert. Even the famed Gimli Glider has met with the same fate. Good shooting!!!!

  • r u lucky one dude taken off during the snow lol

  • was that? Aircanada BOEING 767 JET?? o_O

  • I am an AC flight attendant and you cannot have electronics out for take-off and landing only! For the rest of the flight you can. Its for safety purposes....

  • Why is the engine making a buzzing noise? It sounds like a piston engine, not a gas turbine.

  • Very nice: thanks for sharing!

  • wow, look at that incredible wingflex!

  • she seemed pretty heavy took a bit to take off must've had some heavy cargo and a pretty full flight

  • air canada is soo strict!!!My friend whent on a air canada flight to orlando and they could not use any electonics while on american airlines from new york to san francisco, they let me watch a vid on my dvd player and use a laptop

  • do you have to keep your camera hidden from the flight attendants or is not a problem?

  • @daveni2 It always depends! Some flight attendants doesnt care while some others will ask you to turn it off

  • @maxou5757 really? i have never had a flight attendant tell me to turn it off. if it doesnt have an antena then its fine

  • @TheBored22 Most of the time they dont care, but last year a United airlines flight attendant told me to turn my camera off :( so I couldnt record an Embraer take off =( loll :P

  • @maxou5757 "sure ill turn it off" *clicks record*

  • @runway34r hahaha =)

  • @maxou5757 Anyway, in Europe, where I come from, they suck... there's no flight attendant that let me record a landing or take off... It's pretty obvious that the camera doesnt have an antenna or anything that can make interferences... so my question is what is the problem with recording on flight.

  • @maxou5757 Lol they tell me to turn it off and i do, but once they sit for take off i take it out again..lol.

  • @SteU4IA hahahah i do the same thing ;)

  • @SteU4IA One time I couldnt record it because it was a smaller plane and the flight attendant was sitting right in front of my seat hahah!

  • @maxou5757 lol that happen to be once. I was sitting in the same row as a flight attendant and i pulled out my iphone (which was on airplane mode) but the flight attendant quickly said "PUT THAT AWAY NOW!"

  • @SteU4IA lol :p

  • @daveni2 Most attendants won´t even notice since everyone is required to be sitting, and their seats are pretty far from most regular seats

  • @julesTEO That's what I was thinking. I look forward to the next time, so I can't make a video like this.

  • Great sound!!!! Thanks for sharing the video!

  • @hiddencharges My pleasure =)

  • gotta love those canadian airlines and their tutorial vid soundtracks

  • Man where is the sound track from top gun when you need it

  • whats so bizzare about that...i love commercial planes more than i love people what else can i say..............

  • Sounds like CF6-80C engines

    AWESOME!!!!!!!!

  • what are they doing in 0:40 ?????

  • @FlightMissions

De icing given weather conditions, not refuelling... :-)

  • im gonna do this same flight on my flight simulator 2004

  • Great sounds! Music to my ears! By the way, how long was that flight?

  • @Trevorpilot123 It took 5 hours ;)

  • ok thanks

  • did you have your own tv? because i'm flying in winter from munich to new york with air canada

  • @smog1100 Not on that flight but now they do have private TV.

  • @maxou5757 ah, great, thank you

  • @smog1100 air canada dont fly from munuch to newyork

  • @Aviationnation10 I'll make a stopover in Toronto

  • im diggin the sound of that engine

  • so lucky, BARBADOS!!

  • Air Canada is the best at landing and taking off, they are so gentle, well for me its the best, better than the American air planes (United).

  • @TheGabby07 I think you ment american airlines... not planes. The plane in this video is an American Plane :P

  • @WWA1232 Air Canada is made by bombardier which is a Quebecor company which is a province in Canada, yes some Air Canada planes are made in Washington, but most of them come from Brazil, Europe, and Canada..

  • @TheGabby07 Air Canada is an Airline. They are not made, they are owned... Their planes on the other hand are Bombardier, Boeing, Embraer, Airbus and probably others...

  • @TheGabby07 it all depends on the pilot, and the difficulty of the landing my friend, not the airline, some american pilots are the best in the world.

  • Flying is an amazing feeling!

  • Those engines are awasome!

  • wow i love this sound! thanks for sharing!

  • Great De-Ice footage (would love to have seen more). Great video thanks for posting.

  • Dont you just love the toronto pearson intl airport? And to see through the window like 10 planes of air canada with the decorated tail of the plane? Its like only air canda lined up, I love it! and when it is rtaking off, because of the speed the water goes back, and the engines, oh my word!

  • Sounds like Rolls Royce trent!

  • Not Really, It Does Not Sound Like A Trent!

  • how was Barbados. i want to visit

  • im not gonna lie, i love the air canada logo the best on an airplane, it looks so beautiful

  • @EXXC0MN

has nothing on Aer Lingus :)

  • Love those engines !

  • Cool, but I hate this roaring sound like rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

  • @TheGreatFlyer ..this guy tended a fog horn near the coast. He could sleep when the horn went off. One night, while he was asleep, the foghorn failed..he woke up startled.."What was that?".

  • Dont Know About You But I Love The Whole Pratt And Whittney JT9D-74RD Engines Including The Roar!

  • Wow im riding this shit tomorrow !

  • I have always been amazed with planes but lately i have been looking at them in shy and watching videos more than usual. Must be new hobby =]

  • It does say CYYZ which is the 4 letter ICAO code for Toronto YYZ

  • lol that car just passes the plane!

    awesome vid!!!!!

  • @moca1990 Me Too! I Flew On C-GAUN!

  • ahhhh ...u were coming to where i live....:).....love toronto and barbados!!! cheers

  • Comment removed

  • @who12then1 Its De-icing!

  • Where's (CYYZ)?

  • its not (CYYZ) THATS A BRACKET ITS YYZ WHICH IS TORONTO READ THE DESCRIPTION

  • toronto

  • max are they still flying the 767-200- or 300, nice vid looks cold .

  • When you upload your video, what format do you use? My videos are sharp when I make them, but after uploading them as FLV files, they lose their sharpness. I use Pinnacle video editing software and it defaults to FLV file format. Anyway, your video looks pretty clear.

  • Thank you very much, great sound :)

  • thanks!!

  • thats an awesome video of the take off. Did you use Digital Camcorder? sorry for late question. I'm looking at buying digital camcorder...

  • I used a simple point & shoot Sony Cybershot camera ;)

  • ACVA632 is retarded lol

  • i wonder if that deicing fluid gets into the air circulation system. Fumes are bound to get into the aircraft even in minute amounts. Thats the thing about flying i dont like is reciruclated air it fucks with my skin and makes it very dry

  • Taking off in this kind of condition is simply amazing !!

    10* :D

  • mole

  • amazing cheers.

  • Planes such as Boeing and airbus does not use pneumatic boots, they use heated elements. ;)

  • oh ok, can i ask what the electronic ice system consists of? thanks

  • beautiful....i just want to hug that engine...love commercial planes more than i will ever love people...

  • @jagotusk Me Too!

  • @jagotusk

a very strange and bizarre comment

  • @jagotusk

I empathize with and admire your passion, but I have to say you've elevated the concept of the introvert to new heights! Just joking, I too am greatly fascinated by the complexity and power of modern turbofans.

  • maxou5757 whats with the spraying of the wings at 36 seconds? has it got somthing to do with the cold temperature?

  • Yes, they were deicing the plane because as you can see there were some snow and ice on the engines/wings ;) You can type '' Deicing wikipedia '' in Google for more informations ;)

  • Excellent!!! Are those GE engines?

  • I believe so, CF6 if they are

  • Tres manufigue!!!! Merci...

  • wow that sounds good, is the 767 good, i might be going on one and i dont like boeings.

  • Of course it's a great plane ;)

  • ok i'll take your word but airbuses are much better.

  • how so ? :P

  • reliability, build quality, history, shall i go on?

  • yea you should, and give me some arguments for '' reliability, build quality and history please. I dont see how Airbus are more safe or better built than Boeing.

  • They are like the A330-300

  • nice video!

  • Thx

  • 5 and a half :P

  • that is seriously fast

  • GE powered 762?

  • no lol thats PW

  • you= one sad failed fucking attempt at chirping

  • you can tell this is a PW 767. :)

  • Great Video? Did anyone Notice the person standing at 1:10?

  • lol that wasn't a person, but a taxiway sign.

  • RAW POWER:D

  • 0:37 what was that?

  • He was de-icing the plane.

  • does the 767-200 have the same cockpit as the 767-300 and 757-200?

  • Yes, it does.
