i have 6 friends that i consider close. one is a female whom i slept with once. one is a female who i've done many times and will probably do again. two are conservative religious types whom i respect to much to ask them to go against their morality. The other two are male.

However, i do not consider any of those females to be anything more than friends. The one i have sex with is just a hot and willing friend. In fact if things get emotional i'll cut off the sex.

i'm female, and guy friends are better than female friends. if i start a conversation with a guy, they'd talk back and make something up to keep the conversation going so it's never awkward. but with girls... they stare at you like you have no friends and then the friendship that hasn't yet started, is already over.
