@adriferr2000 Not everyone that goes to see a magic act is the unaware public. Often times magicians will bring in "marks" to sit in on the act and be pulled into the illusion to make it seem like something was actually done.

I agree with medaa25.

However this trick also heavily relies on the TV camera viewing the trick at a particular angle.

This angle creates an area on the back and below the bed where the second person can be suspended and hidden.

This cannot be seen from above or below the bed due to the angle of the camera.

The lit predominantly from the front also casts a shadow which extends beyond the back of the bed which helps hide the changeover

The excessively large blue silk blanket also helps to obscure any shadows, movement etc. that might be seen during the changeover.

See the two guys as the front wearing white shirts.

Like the girls, the right guy is giving away lots of clues.

If you watch this over and over you can see the girl getting into position while he's winding the clock. He then puts his head in a different position on the pillow. I think the people behind him are part of the act.

When the man was suposidely fixing the alarm, he was in fact getting off behind the bed and the girl was taking is place underneath the covers. He kept his head in position to give the impression that he was still in the bed but in fact his body was already on the floor waiting for the girls to make her move and hide behind the bed. Easy.
