I'm sorry to inform you that your movements are all wrong, especially when you "try" to spike, your arm swing is very very bad :( You don't seem so tall either, also you aren't timing good your spike, if you notice you're spiking the ball always with your hand very low ( yeah im sorry im italian so can't speak very good ) : i mean the ball is just right on the net.. it should pass way higher.. and also you are to close to the net when you spike, in defense try to use more your legs, it'll help.
