but also you should count how much of the 850hp the ccxr used and how much of the 800hp the gt-r uses. better technology means that the car uses 800 hp out of 800 hp and of couse the opposite with less good technology and thats an advantage. also the gt-r is AWD and CCXR is MR that counts too.
