  • @hugsloveandkisses So easy to make yourself! Just get some webbing, one length with a spring clip on the end. Feed one length through the length with the spring clip so you can adjust the overall length as you see on the vid. Tie a bowline knot in both free ends to form the loops for your hands/feet to go through and there you go! If you want to be super fancy, cut some plastic pipes as hand grips and thread them in the loops before you tie them. Search 'homemade TRX' for other methods ;-)

  • I like that you attached to a solid wall, much better simulation of a home situation (ie suspended from a door) than most of the vids I've looked at - so now I have a better understanding of how that might work. Thanks again, looks like a great all round workout, cardio, strength, flex. Is it kind of fun too, being suspended, or just hard work?! :-)
