i just bought s1 but suddenly i wanna change mind to t1

hey bro, can you please help me with recording? When i try to record my mix ( .wav file ) it doesnt make any sound ( when i try to open it with windows media player ). .wav file size is correct but without any sound.. i use internal settings with my controller . In audiodevices, when i pick asio4all i cant hear any sound from controller, but my mix is normal

@RelayAndFront Go to your settings in Traktor as follows: Settings > Mix Recorder. Select internal, set file size as largest 2048MB or something like that. Close the settings window. Now before u record, look at the top right hand corner where there are 2 tabs. One says FX and another shows an icon of a tape.

@speckyboy Click the tape recorder and u shud see a gain knob, a sound level bar etc etc. Play a song and pay attention to the sound level bar on the tape recorder section. U want that volume to be loud, but not so loud that it hits the red zone.

@speckyboy didnt help :(( volume is ok, internal settings are ok. Record settings are ok too, but problem is not fixed anyway =/. When i try to my mix with any media player it play whole mix without sound =/

@RelayAndFront It's best u contact Traktor or Pioneer to see whats gone wrong. I have helped others with the same problem and it seems to be ok for them. Sorry I cant be of any help.

hey dude, i still dun get it wht is the advantages of 4 channels and meanwhile 2 channels s1 is more expensive than t1?

@Andi23rose Main Difference between S1 and T1 is, S1 is more for people who scratch plus it has a function called slip mode. T1 has more channels. But in reality, we only use 2 (most of us anyway). So it depends on what controller suits you best. Maybe go down to a shop near u and try them both out. They are both equally good. But also take into consideration which software you like. For example, T1 uses Traktor, but S1 uses Serato. So it depends which u prefer.
