Those were awesome deep ass reps,that was a good set of 20 with 315...slight bounce at the bottom,I was doing pause squats with 405 and started bouncing just a little and it started really killing my knees.Those were some of the deepest I`ve seen on here though...great set of 20..SEMPER FI...

You can squat with dumbells to instead of a barbell if that's what you mean. But I don't really know what you mean :). If you mean squats vs say barbell curls ofcourse squats are better.
20 rep squats are supposed to be done with your 10 rep max. You take deep breaths inbetween reps, it is like rest/pause training. The breathing allows u to get through 10 to 20 with alot of pain and trauma also but this is why it's the most productive programme in the world!

You, I've been wondering if I should rest between each rep already even thought the weight are quite easy and I don't need to just to get used to standing there with all that weight pushing on my body or not. I guess maybe I should, because now I won't be used to them. Normally I do a low amount of reps (say 3-5) so I'm not used to long sets. I'll see how it go though. Does most people get the same amount of rest for all reps (or maybe even more in the end) or is it more common to just push of

Good set of Breathing Squats, aka super squats. Nice & deep. They will kick your ass. My pr is 245lbs for 20.

nice work mate, 20 rep squats will build up your leg strength very quickly
that video was done about 1 year after i stepped into a gym, started at 158lbs, now im 205lbs
