Ron Paul is great, but he is not a conservative republican, he is a libertarian.
To be taken seriously, he has to wear a major party smock. The very fact a candidate has to do that to gain access to political power speaks of a controlled, particularist system, and like all such systems, at their heart, they are not about doing what is right, but about keeping power no matter what it takes. If you want to force a one party two name system on the USA, you might be a neo con.

Its another way our federal government wastes tons of cash for no real agenda. Down and dirty of it: States must reach certain goals on tests in order to receive federal funding (sliding scale). However, it's not a national standardized testing system (each is made up in each state)d so one state makes the goals by dumbing down the testing while another doesnt meet the goal because they try to challenge. its more useless burocracy

It means that our public schools now teach to pass a test every year to keep a small percentage of there funds. [the federal part]
My 6 year old is already being taught how to test in Kindergarten.
I have yet to find a teacher who supports No Child Left Behind.
