running at these height is really hard. 3 stepping doesnt help u that much. if ur not careful, u could run into the hurdle at full speed.

everyone running in the event are all over 6'5 so the hurdles just look small

they aren't regular height champ. look at the kid sitting on the ground on the right. his head is at the top of the hurdle. they're down a lot.
